For our deliveries we use the following carriers: BRT

The courier in charge will make three delivery attempts during the day, if he does not find anyone at home, he will leave a non-delivery notice note which will contain a telephone number to contact.

In any case, our customer service will follow the shipment of the ordered products step by step, and will contact you personally, if there are any delays in the delivery of the goods.

Delivery methods

The ordered products are delivered to the postal address specified by the Customer at the time of the order request. By registering on the site, you can access the section reserved for your personal account through which you can change and manage the shipping address.

The order status will always be available in the "My orders" section.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. Special requests for times and preferential days can be included in the Order Notes item.

When the order is delivered to the express courier, an e-mail will be sent containing a link to verify the online tracking of your package from taking charge of the courier to actual delivery.

Delivery is considered completed when the product is made available to the Customer at the address specified in the order form.

Upon delivery of the Products by the courier appointed by Pastificio Giannobile, the Customer is required to scrupulously check:

- that the package is intact

- that the number of pieces delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document

All goods travel at our risk, in case of damage we ask you to accept the package with reserve. Please read carefully the methods expressed on the Deliveries page.

Delivery failure

In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the address specified on the third unsuccessful delivery attempt, you will be contacted by Pastificio Giannobile in order to arrange an appointment for delivery.

If even in this case the recipient is absent, the package will be returned to Pastificio Giannobile.

After 30 days from the date on which the Products object of the order have been returned to Pastificio Giannobile due to the impossibility of carrying out the delivery, the contract will be considered terminated and the purchase order canceled pursuant to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code

Pastificio Giannobile will reimburse the sum paid - with the exception of highly perishable products - by the Customer, net of the costs of returning the Products and the costs of custody of the same at the branch of the courier in charge of delivery.

The termination of the contract and the refund amount will be communicated by e-mail. The refund amount will be credited to the payment method used by the Customer for the purchase.

In the event that, before the expiration of the thirty days, the Customer requests to receive the purchased Products again, Pastificio Giannobile will proceed with the new delivery upon charge, in addition to the costs of the same, the costs of returning the Products to Pastificio Giannobile and the costs of custody.

Why can't food products be returned?

To protect our customers and for hygienic reasons, you can exercise the right of withdrawal only for products that can be put back on the market without endangering the health of consumers.

Precisely for this reason, it is not possible to return food products for which adequate storage cannot be guaranteed.


Pastificio Giannobile has set up an order fulfillment and warehouse management system structured as follows:

Order fulfillment within 24/48 hours for all products purchased except for those on reservation.

Once the order has been placed, our staff will contact you to inform you of the shipment and the tracking number through which you can monitor the shipment.

Delivery by the Courier is carried out during normal business hours, therefore it is necessary to indicate an address where there is someone who can receive the shipment and a telephone number to allow the courier and our Customer Service to contact the buyer.

In case of "non-delivery", the courier will leave a notice to indicate a new date and time for the next delivery attempt, or allow the package to be collected at the nearest courier office.

Orders containing gift boxes will be processed within 5 days unless otherwise indicated in the product sheet.

For the transport of perishable food we use isothermal boxes and dry ice that maintain the correct temperature.

However, if you have different needs, please write to the e-mail address, we will try to give you the service that best meets your needs.

Deliveries, barring unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. will, will have approximately the following timing: within 24/48 hours for all of Italy excluding Sardinia, Sicily, Calabria and smaller islands, for which it is expected within 72/96 hours.

Delivery times are to be considered indicative and not binding so in any case of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances Pastificio Giannobile will not be held responsible for the delay in delivery.

European Union countries 48/96 hours.

Deliveries of items with the words "items on reservation" will have different delivery times regardless of our will.

Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Pay the utmost attention to verify that the number of packages delivered by the courier is the same as those mentioned on the carrier's delivery document, also checking the physical state of the packages. In the event that you identify a possible integrity problem, affix the signature of SPECIFIC RESERVE describing the reason in the greatest detail on the carrier's delivery document (eg: accepted subject to: crushed packages, missing packages, damaged packaging, wet cardboard etc ... ).

Only by following the aforementioned methods, replacement and redelivery costs will be borne by Pastificio Giannobile

For delivery to the smaller islands and free zones there is an additional charge of € 15.00 per package.

For deliveries to small islands and to Free zones a further 15,00 € will be debited for each delivery box
